IMPORTANT NOTICE

Electronic Disbursements by Direct Deposit or by ReliaCard to any individual entitled to receive child support will become mandatory in 2007.

Direct Deposit

The Division of Child Support (DCS) is offering Direct Deposit to all payees with an active checking or savings account. By signing up for Direct Deposit you can receive your support payment in a convenient, safe and efficient manner. No checks to cash, no worrying about lost or stolen checks. Once DCS has receipted a payment to your support case, Direct Deposit takes two business days to post to your account (see Oregon Child Support Program Payment Option Comparison Guide).

To participate in the Direct Deposit Program, you must meet/complete the following criteria:

  • Must have active checking or savings account in your name

  • Complete and return the following Direct Deposit Enrollment/Authorization Form

U.S. Bank ReliaCard Visa or Direct Deposit Enrollment/Authorization Form (CSF 080700)

  • If you wish to receive Direct Deposit for multiple child support cases and want the funds in separate accounts, you must file a separate authorization for each child support case

If you have any questions regarding the Direct Deposit Program, wish to cancel your Direct Deposit, or if you have a change in your account information, visit our Frequently Asked Questions.
