How do I use the CSP IVR?
The IVR will greet you with information about our website and the current date our office is receipting payments. Please listen carefully to the confidentiality statement then proceed with your selections.
Press (1) for English or (7) for Spanish
If you are a Custodial Parent seeking information:
After choosing the Custodial Parent prompt and entering in your social security number, you may:
- Press (1) for case specific information
- Press (1) for payment information
- Press (1) for information about the last payment on your case
- Press (2) for information on payments during the last 30 days
- Press (3) for information on your case balance
- Press (4) for information on missing or unreported payments
- Press (5) for information regarding your direct deposit or ReliaCard
- Press (6) to request a print out of your payments for the current year (or you may get this information on our website)
- Press (#) to go back to the previous menu
- Press (2) for common questions
such as modifying an order, spousal support questions
or case closure.
