Child Support Guidelines Calculator

The Child Support Guidelines Calculator is based on the Oregon Child Support Guidelines and can be used to estimate the amount of child support that may be ordered in your case. This calculator is for informational and educational use only and is not a substitute for the child support guidelines. The Administrator, Administrative Law Judge, or Court has the final authority to determine the amount of a child support order. The calculator provides only an estimate and is not a guarantee of the amount of child support that will be ordered. Other factors may affect the amount of child support awarded.

If you have questions about how the calculator works, contact your local Child Support Program (CSP) office or send your question in an email to calculatorquestions@doj.state.or.us. If you have any questions about the child support guidelines, you should talk with a lawyer or contact your local Child Support Program (CSP) office. CSP employees can give you general information, but cannot give you legal advice.
